These 6 week sessions are geared towards creative individuals who wish to take their practice to another level. 

If you have known that it is time to step up, know that this process is a partnership.  Each session will offer clarity and direction however, there is an element of you being responsible in regards to achieving your goals. 

If you dislike social media & the tech side of any art practice, or are wanting to attain skills around how to tell your story and stand out, this is for you BUT (yes there is a but) you will be challenged, there is a lot of reflection at the onset and clarity will arrive around engaging authentically and consistently in order to create a financially viable arts practice.

Rosa speaks Spanish and able to understand French and Italian if individuals need to revert to their mother tongue during the sessions.

Rosa has been instrumental in her role as a marketing and social media consultant for Peninsula Chamber of Musicians. With a keen eye for detail and creativity, she has orchestrated collaborations with photographers to capture high-quality images of our performances, ensuring compelling promotional materials. Her adeptness at drafting press releases has garnered media attention and coverage for our upcoming events. Rosa's talent shines through in curating engaging social media content across various platforms, boosting visibility and audience engagement significantly. Through her strategic planning, targeted advertising campaigns have successfully reached audiences across the Peninsula and beyond, driving attendance to our performances.

Additionally, her skills in designing eye-catching posters and promotional materials have effectively showcased our events, attracting diverse audiences.

CONNECTION & ELEVATING YOUR PRACTICE & STORY.

Rosa has recently been appointed on the Mornington Peninsula Arts and Culture Panel (ACAP), an important opportunity to advise, advocate, link, and create important connections locally, regionally, and internationally due to her connections abroad.

Assisting artists, include and not limited to, public artists Penelope Lee, Elizabeth Weissensteiner, Robert Owen, & Anna Taylor to support their own local and international outcomes have been career highlights. Her CV will outline residencies in remote Western Australia, China, the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and most recently a one-year Artist in Residence on the Mornington Peninsula auspiced by Parks Victoria at Coolart Wetlands.

 A scholarship early in her career gave her the faith to continue nurturing her arts practice and this turning point, as a single mother, completing Undergraduate and Post Graduate studies at university has put her in good stead to develop sessions that celebrate the challenges artists face, and celebrating all facets of being a creative. These sessions are like a jumpstart - a supported re-launch and reactivation of one’s arts practice. 

Rosa has supported individual artists and marketed creatives such as Peninsula Chamber Musicians & Buckley Opera to authentically engage & attract their specific audiences. Currently her work is divided between a role of artist and creative mentor; clients are based in Australia, Mexico, United Emirates, and the USA. 

 Rosa is in the final stages of creating a public artwork for the new Flemington Community Hub which will completed in 2023, and developing a new body of work. Stay tuned.

 In the coming weeks she will be introducing past mentees and offering insights into their revitalised art practices.
